Weekly & Bi-Monthly Body Fat Measurements, Circumference Measurements, and Progress Pictures to statistically & visually track positive progress

Posing, Walking, Breathing and Fitness Routine Training so you look like a Pro on Stage with no mistakes and no cramping

Tanning Training to make sure all of your definition and ripped muscles stand out positively on stage

I don’t even know where to start…Jon Jung and the Jungle Fitness Team are AMAZING!! I have always been really skeptical about hiring a trainer much less paying for a gym membership but one of my friends said that Jon Jung is a really good trainer and that I’ll see results fast. Who knew that she would be right?! Ever since I could remember working out was always such a hassle and a chore and I have been paying membership to 24 Hour Fitness for so long without even using it. This is why I decided to give Jon a try. He agreed to give me one free training session to test the waters before I decided to do it on a regular basis. Little did I know that I would actually like it. I don’t take direction very well but Jon is super supportive and pushes you because he knows you have the potential. Everyone always uses the same excuses for not working out, like work, school, kids, etc. Jon and his team are very flexible and always work around your schedule. They make it so easy and actually fun to work out. I always leave the gym laughing and working out is something I now look forward to as opposed to dreading it. I would definitely recommend Jungle Fitness to ALL my friends and I have already. Everyone that I know that has given it a chance has loved it. Don’t get me wrong, the first couple of times are hard and you will feel it for like a week but it is well worth it. They are very affordable and are always working with you especially for college students like me. People always ask me how I afford it but it’s not that hard because they give lots of discounts, which is what we all need especially in the predicament we are in with the economy. And the results are CRAZY!! I have never lost so much weight and felt so good about my body in such a short amount of time. Now whenever people ask me how I am so fit, I owe it all to Jungle Fitness!! I normally train with Jon but I have tried training with Mike and he is great as well. You don’t have to take my word for it, try it for yourself! I’m 110% positive that you’ll love it!!
