68 hot dogs, Jungle Fitness CHEAT meal??

Joey Friggin Chestnut. Wow. 68 hot dogs. Besides thinking about how much his toilet must hate him, I also got around to thinking about CHEAT meals.

Many body builders, dietitians and nutritionists recommend cheat meals or binge days to their clients to add into their rigorous diet. It gives the dieter something to look forward to or something to work off  and eventually the person comes out ahead in the end despite the excess of calories for that one meal/day. (Depends on how strict the diet is, don’t be having too many cheat meals!!!) However, don’t try to be pulling any Kobayashi or Joey Chestnut cheat meals. 68 hot dogs is just INSANE! I honestly do not know how anyone can fit that many hot dogs in their stomach!

So in the end, cheat meals provide good psychological motivation to stay honest with your diet. Unless these cheat meals consist of 68 bread wrapped beef sausages. Sheesh!
