Today I am here to share with all of you a few weight loss and fat burning secrets that many of our SUPER HOT, SEXY, FIT, LEAN AND SEDUCTIVE…

Get your beach bikini body from your Orange County Personal Trainer!

JON JUNG OF THE JUNGLE’S TOP 10 LIST OF HOW TO BE A BETTER & MORE COMPLETE PERSON: health, fitness, mind, soul, and spirit.

Balance is important: body, mind, and spirit in one! Follow Jon Jung the Irvine Fitness Trainer on this one!

1. Make sure you drink at least 100 oz of water a day.  I would recommend 120 oz of water to those of you who are more active (you exercise at least 30 minutes three times a week).

2. Stay away from Simple Carbohydrates in your normal daily food items.

3. Stay away from frozen foods that are pre-packaged food items as much as possible.  Lean more towards the fresh produce and fresh food items.

Frozen Foods are not healthy for you! Especially if you are on the Jungle Fitness Program! :)

4. Stay away from Caloric beverages.  This means sodas, juices, any beverage item that will increase your daily caloric intake and not speed up your metabolism.

Drinking Caloric Beverages are bad for you! No from your Irvine Personal Trainer!

5. Workout or Exercise at least 45 minutes a day for at least three days a week.  This could simply be walking during your lunch break or walking the dog after work or even going for a relaxing run first thing in the morning.

Walk your dog and burn fat and calories at the same time! :)

6. Don’t force feed yourself.  What does this mean? Well…when eating, eat till you are satisfied not till you are full and definitely not till you are stuffed! Wrong thing to do!  Have you ever felt really tired after eating too much food… I know I have once or twice, avoid the food comas! :)

Don't stuff yourself! Eat healthy and burn fat at the same time!

7. Get Plenty of Rest every day.  How many hours is sufficient for an normal person?  I would recommend at minimum 6 hours, but if you can fit 7-8 hours in your daily schedule that would be better.

8. Take a NAP! Studies show that even a 20 minute POWER NAP is good for the brain.  Take a nap to rejuvenate your mind and body.  Give your brain some time to recharge.

9. Think POSITIVE! What does that mean?  Well before you go to bed and when you wake up think of the something or someone who makes you happy or smile!  It will make your day so much more positive and productive.  A positive day is a more productive and stress-free day!

10. Balance yourself and Reward yourself! Huh? What does that mean?  Well…however your life breaks up, make sure you balance yourself by rewarding yourself when you accomplish or hit your goals.  There’s no point hitting your goals without rewarding yourself in the end.  The human mind is programmed to work harder if there is an incentive at the end of the tunnel so remember to reward yourself! :)
