Hey everyone, Happy Workout Wednesday & welcome to the official JUNGLE FITNESS Orange County Personal Trainer Blog! Today we’re going to discuss several quick tips for those who have little time to even relax or exercise.

We all have stress in a form of some sort; whether it be from work, maybe friends, or family.  Sometimes banging our head feels like the only option left.  Stress seems to always linger in the air.  The more you move forward, you find yourself more irritated to things than normal.  I will discuss a few things about how to get rid of that stress plus you’ll be able to get some sort of exercise.  It will also take your mind off of things.

1.  There are many times when stressed, you cannot think properly right?

2.  The average time accumulated over a day because of headaches and “there’s so much on my mind, I can’t think!” is in fact a decent amount of time to relax.

3.  Take those times you’re in pain and relax instead.  It’s always good to work hard, but do not overwork your body.

4.  If in fact you rather not take time our of your day to relax, at least exercise throughout your day whenever you can.

5.  Walk instead of using transportation or car.  Unless obviously it’s REALLY far away to walk.

6.  Instead of dwelling upon the idea of I got this, that, and that to do.  Think about what you’re going to do after, what you want to eat, or what you want to do on the weekend (if you do not work weekends).

Walking is one of the most basic gaits of locomotion.   Walking is the least of exercise everyone should be getting everyday.   Obviously any sort of weight will indeed help.  What I’m saying is quite simple.  Use your head to think of ways to get bits of exercise that will only costs you 60 minutes of your life per day or less.  Plus, you’ll be that much healthier.  ie: Instead of going to the everyday close food takeout to get food, go a little bit further down.  People who sit down all the time for work, get up, walk around.  There are plenty of ways to incorporate exercise in our lives, it whether or not we want to or not.

It all comes down to how bad you really want it.  The pass few days, I’ve been more of a mental trainer than a fitness trainer.  However, you need to be mentally ready to change your life before your physically ready.  No matter what someone says, it’s up to you.  Someone tells you to do something, it’s up to you to say “yes” or “no.”  So now I ask you, how bad do YOU want it.  It can mean anything, it can mean that body you always DREAMED of, it can be the promotion you want, the dream job you’ve always desired, or maybe it’s that guy/gal you always bump into but never have the guts to say anything. In the end, no matter how BUSY you are, people manage to DO what they want to DO, it all comes down to HOW BAD YOU REALLY WANT IT.
