Hey everyone, Happy Talk show Tuesday & welcome to the official JUNGLE FITNESS Orange County Personal Trainer Blog! Today, we’re discuss what I like to do. ie: Anime Convention, Blogging, and Working Out. I will discuss with you my experience, then from there, search over what you do for fun. What is it that you enjoy doing? Finally, pursue that hobby, because that hobby will become your stress reliever or if you’re lucky, your career.
AX 2010
Anime Expo, abbreviated AX, is an American anime convention that usually takes place on the July 4 weekend for four days each year in Southern California. The convention tries to include July 4 in its dates, except on the years when July 4 falls on a Wednesday. Anime Expo is hosted by the non-profit Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation (SPJA).

AX is an American anime convention, where people from races across the world come to and enjoy. They may be there to meet famous Japanese and English Seiyuu (Voice Actors), buy Japanese imported clothing, manga, games, or even anime DVDs. Your local Japanese stores do not come close to AX. I recently went to the AX that happen this pass July 4th Weekend in LA. This experience is one of a kind and if you love art, animation, and/or anything that has to do with Japanese culture/language, you should go here.
I know a lot of people who think they will not like anime. However, unlike regular cartoons, anime has genres specially fit to each person’s taste. Be it horror, psychological, drama, romance, comedy, music, action, mecha, or even a combination of them, there is always an anime for everyone, even for personal trainers.
Blogging
A blog (a contraction of the term “web log”) is a type of website, usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order.

I enjoy blogging very much. Most people who blog, either blog through form of video or words. They both try to convey their opinions that either encompass a general meaning of who they are, or they are just giving their thoughts on random topics. Anyways, blogging is another form of expressing yourself or ourselves. As for Jungle Fitness, we try to not just focus on personal training, but mental training as well. It’s a blessing to able to be healthy and fit, but it’s also good to know how to help yourself through those rough days as well. Relieving stress and having a comfort zone is a perfect place to start.
Blogging, to me is a form of expression. First, know what you want to talk about. Second, know how you are going to express that to your audience. Third, know how to input your experience or thoughts into your blogs. Fourth, ask questions. Finally, give your conclusion.
There are many ways to approach blogging. You can be bias about a topic, understand both sides of a topic, or merely just state what you believe but do not criticize the other. However, you can do what I’m doing now and plainly just discuss certain things and your reason behind it.
Working Out
Working out can mean many things. However, it essentially all goes toward the goal of becoming more fit and healthy. We, Jungle Fitness specialize it making you look and feel your best. I know many people who workout because how fun it is. Fun you say? Yes, fun. A lot of people see working out as a chore, because of the soreness they get afterward, which is understandable. However, that’s part of the package. Depending on how you relieve stress, working out is a perfect way to do that plus allow you to have more confidence in yourself.
There are always something we do not like doing. Forcing yourself to do things do take a lot of time. However, most of the time it comes down to just skipping that phase of deciding and JUST DO IT. Working out may be one of the many, however regardless of how you get it, you need daily exercise. It’s always better to enjoy working out, then you get the best of both worlds. Regardless, YOU have to decide what you love to do for fun, and pursue it. It’ll be the best choice you’ve ever made. There are always pitfalls, but why would that stop you. There are many things that are necessary in life, yet not many do them. Living the way you want to live, doing the things you want to do, and exercising.
What do you enjoy doing? Do you love to exercise? Do you love to express your opinion? Do you love cartoons, anime, or Japanese culture? Do you love to read? Do you love to write? Maybe you love video games. Maybe you love to eat. Maybe you love animals. Maybe you love music. If that’s the case, then pursue it. It’ll be more fun than you’ve ever imagine. :) Continuing off from yesterday’s blog. JUST DO IT.
