Most people have a hard time getting their butts to the gym.  I bet you, you’re one of them, right?  No need to deny it.  You know it and so do we.  Personal Trainers are professionals to help you with your goals; whether it is to gain body mass, lose some love handles, or to get that flat or 6 pack stomach, we are here to help you.

I speak for almost all trainers who have gone through a body building competition, that they know how to work the body in every possible direction.  Body Building by far is the hardest sport to do.  Not many people do body building and those who do, not many of them do it more than once.  The word personal trainer in itself isn’t a feat.  It’s always good to know if they’ve done a body building competition.  An all natural one, even better.  This way, it expresses that they’ve experimented on their own body to gain body mass, then drop it to result in a define body.  Women do the exact same process, but they obviously maintain more body fat than the guy in the end.  5%-10% = On stage for women and 2-4% for men.  10-15% is lean for women.  Below 10% is lean for men.  It’s always good to research different personal trainer, until you find a trainer you think is right for you.  But the question is, how do you do that?  Here are few simple steps that you should take.

1. Listening to each of their programs to see if it fits you

2. History of the company and/or trainer

3. Ask Questions to know you’re trainer better

4. Don’t make excuses for yourself ;)

A lot of these are obvious, but the latter one, you should keep in mind.  Money is always a problem for people, however it depends how you want to live.  Someone who enjoys eating outside will take into account the expenses per month for eating out as a monthly spending.  If you REALLY want to change your life, but know you can not do it alone.  You just have to take into account that getting a personal trainer is top priority.  Just if you do not eat, it will affect your body.  Not working out in the long run, will do the same.

In the end, a personal trainer substitutes your conscience.  Instead of saying, I don’t want to go, you end up going because you paid for it.  However, once you see your body changing right before your eyes, you will become one of us!  Addicted to working out.  The pain, the change, the good feeling that you are bettering yourself inside and out.  Don’t think the next time you have second thoughts on having a personal trainer.  Seek one out that’s right for you and go for it.  Just as when you see something you want, you buy it.  Once you find a perfect trainer for you, don’t make excuses, go for it.
