Hey Everyone and Happy Thursday! Today is October 28, 2010 just 3 days before Halloween! What are you going to dress up as for Halloween?

Last year I was in Las Vegas for Halloween and let me tell you wow is Halloween a holiday where you ladies can dress literally as slutty and as “whorey” as possible where people will just except the fact that “well it’s Halloween” so I guess it’s okay!

I mean last year I saw girls that were just painted and that was it or some girls were dressed up as slutty nurses, strippers, doctors, army girls, bikini models, you name it!

No wonder this month is one of our busiest months for personal training…because everyone wants to wear less clothes for Halloween before they put all the clothes on for the winter seasons of Thanksgiving and Christmas!

Here is a picture that my friend sent me that I digged up a from a Halloween Party a while back, check it out and tell me you agree! Especially you ladies you must agree with me. Men I already know you guys are on my side…shoot you guys too dress up with your shirts off and show your manly Tarzan or Conan Sexy Chest!

I am thinking about going dressed up as Mike “The Situation” from Jersey Shores what do you guys think? I think his abs are awesome but I don’t think mine are too far from his, you guys think I can pull it off? Tell me your thoughts guys

For those of you are watching baseball and following the playoffs…GO GIANT’S!
Even though I am an Orange County Personal Trainer, being from San Francisco I always have to stay true to my routes and cheer for my home team! Who do u think is going to win the World Series? San Francisco Giants or the Texas Rangers! I got my money on the San Francisco Giants! Go Bay Area!

In either case back to “The Situation” …so today I was doing some research on how I should dress so everyone knows I am “The Situation” for Halloween and I came across this website that talks about “The Situation Workout” and how “The Situation” is launching off his own workout book/dvd this December! I’m definitely going to have to check it out when it comes out…anyways here’s a little bit of info from the site I came across, let me know your thoughts and feedback.

Here are 3 ways to Get Abs like Mike “THE SITUATION” Sorrentino!
You already know that the Situation of the Jersey Shore is a big fan of hard gym workouts.
But I want to hand you three steps that will speed up your path to look like the situation.
Step One: Get a hold of the situation workout program, and follow it religiously. You can find loads of free information online about getting fit, getting lean and building up your muscles. I have to tell you, though, I’ve never had as much success using free programs. What has worked the best for me is committing to a system that has proven results, setting explicit and realistic goals, and tracking my progress. Rusty Moore’s Visual Impact Muscle Building is a program I like. This program can give you that defined, ripped Hollywood look.

Step Two: Eat high protein foods like fish, chicken and steak, and stick to a clean and healthy diet. Your diet needs to be as strict as your workouts do. Despite all those nights doing shots at the club, you better believe that Mike “The Situation” Sorentinno is very careful about what he consumes.
Step Three: Find a workout partner; while this step is frequently ignored, I have learned that being accountable to someone else will make you challenge yourself more and stick with your goals. There will be times you won’t be able to find someone to work out with, and those times, it helps to have some good music on your mp3 player.
If you stick with the situation workout, watch your diet, get a workout partner, get some music and apply some attitude and determination, the abs can be yours.
