Orange County Personal Training: Fat-Burning Exercises for Men

(Fitbie.com–) Men, grab a pair of dumbbells and finish off fat with a single exercise!

STEP 1

OC Fitness Training: Irvine
Position yourself in the up phase of a pushup, grasping the dumbbells in your hands. (Video: How to perform the perfect pushup) Lower your body to the floor, pause 2 seconds, and push yourself back up.
STEP 2

OC Fitness Training: Tustin
Row the dumbbell in your right hand up to the side of your chest. Then lower it to the floor. (Free Guide:Print this Power of 12 Workout to tack on to your personal regimen) Repeat the same movement with your left arm.
STEP 3

OC Fitness Training: Newport Beach
“Walk” the dumbbell in your left hand forward one step, followed by the one in your right. Next, bring your left foot and right foot forward. Move ahead three steps with each hand. Keep your core tense and back straight.
STEP 4

OC Fitness Training: Costa Mesa
Stand up and do three dumbbell jump squats. Holding the dumbbells at your sides, bend your knees and squat; then jump up explosively. (Video: Polish more exercoses with the Dumbbell Clean and Press tutorial) That’s 1 rep of the death crawl. Aim for 2 or 3 sets of 5 to 10 reps, with 2 minutes of rest between sets.
