Hey Everyone it’s Jon Jung of the Jungle from Jungle Fitness, Orange County’s #1 personal trainer on yelp!

Starting today, we, the Jungle Fitness Team will be launching off daily blogs Monday thru Friday. Each day will have it’s own topic and discussion board. So keep a look at for your favorite topic so that we can discuss it!
Starting with the 1st day of the work week, we will have MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY! On Monday we will blog about anything from what motivates us to… how to stay focused, positive and motivated! Simply said anything you put your mind to, you can do! Everyone needs motivation to do all sorts of things, from going to the gym, to doing daily errands, to even doing homework. On Monday we will show you how to motivate yourself in ways even you could never imagine.

Now on to the 2nd day of the work week, we have TALK-SHOW TUESDAY! On Tuesday, we will discuss world events, news, or inventions that show relations to health, fitness, and/or nutrition. We will range from discussing crafty inventions such as the Wii to informing you guys of the necessity of working out daily and the reasons why.
On to the 3rd day of the work week, we have WORKOUT WEDNESDAY! On this day we will inform you about good work outs tips for your entire body or anything that involves working out the body in a healthy fashion such as eating healthy. Our tips will range from working on the full body to just living a healthier life style. Every week, there will be something different, so look forward to it, because I know I will be!

Here comes the 4th day of the work week, we have CELEBRITY THURSDAY! On Thursday we will discuss and relate celebrities and what they do to stay fit, sexy, and in shape. Some of these celebrities include Jessica Alba and her sexy abs to Gerard Butler and his transformation in the movie, 300 and movie, Gamer to Brad Pitt with his physique in the movie, Fight Club and movie, Troy. Even though they are celebrities, they still have to work hard for their sexy appearance and great health, and so should you!
Finally! Here comes the last day of the work week and it’s FREELANCE FRIDAY! On this day, we will discuss anything that comes to mind from any of the daily blog categories above, to interesting success stories, to new fun exercise and health tips, to learn how to always feel half your age, to even discussing what are our thoughts are about the future in health and fitness. This will be my favorite day to blog, what’s your favorite day?
