Congrats goes out to our Jungle Fitness client, Tristan who trains with Sergeant Bon Gomes out of our Jungle Fitness Irvine Personal Training Facility.

Tristan you are an example and role model to all! Your success shows that anyone can accomplish great results if they just “stick to the Jungle Fitness Formula and Jungle Fitness Program!”

What exactly is that? Well it’s tough to describe with words for it only can be experienced and understood through true hands on sweat, dedication, consistent effort, and super hard work!

After experiencing the Jungle Transformation, Tristan had this to share about his incredible results and experience:
“When I came to Jungle Fitness I was instantly encouraged when I saw the progression pictures on the wall in the gym of people who started out where I was and ended where I was and also places I never thought I would be able to achieve. The coolest part was those people were working out at the gym when I got there, so I knew it wasn’t a sham. I talked to Jon and he introduced me to Bon, my to be trainer. The energy of the warehouse type gym and people in there felt good. Well when I talked to Jon and Bon and told them I was a former hip hop dancer in NYC and wanted to regain that form and not bulk up(I also, not to sound too girly, had my old 32 waist pants in my closet that I wanted to wear again, they represented my NYC STYLE!!! haha), they told me I could easily achieve this through hard work and 3-4 months. I didn’t really believe it, and I was super afraid of the personal trainer route because it costs money and you never know if they are good, overcharging, and just plain gonna suck at their job and be looking at their watch to when your hour is over. I had no idea what I was in store for. My first day, I was soo out of shape from gaining 35 lbs at a desk job I threw up after about 3 gauging workout routines. I hadn’t puked in over 7 years! I suppose that is where my brain really kicked me in the head and told me, “What the hell have you been doing with yourself!” This was a great wakeup call.
These guys are the real deal though, I signed up for 4 days a week at 1 hour. But they aren’t checking their watch to see if the hour is up, they make sure you WORK that hour! They WANT ME to be in better shape. They care about how you are doing and not how much money they are making per client. I cannot praise these guys enough. They have a ton of energy, use email, txts, etc to communicate, and keep a record of your progress. Over the 4 months I have been here so far I have gone into single digits on most of my stats. They have even dealt with me getting frustrated on bad days and taking out my frustrations on them and keeping a positive attitude to keep me motivated to continue!
If I had to sum up in a sentence how I feel about the entire situation now it would be, “I reclaimed my life, through the help of Jungle Fitness, and the motivation they helped me to maintain throughout!”
Oh and when I saw that wall of progression pictures, I knew one day I wanted to be on it. I made it a personal goal and am happy to have achieved it, but also happy to have gained the skills to make this a lifestyle, not just a short term goal.”

I think something I forgot to mention was the accomplishments I have been able to achieve beyond my wildest dreams, such as my ability to run a 6 minute mile now, and applying that to a few 5k’s I have run now. It is quite amazing the new adventures I can go on now that my body can keep up!Thanks again guys! It has been and will continue to be an awesome ride!
