Today, we’re going to look at LeBron James and Dwayne Wade’s Workout Routine and how they are determined to take it all the way. They are not going let the previous champions take their spotlight from them.
Dwayne Wade Workout
Consists of three phases:
Skills and conditioning, weightlifting, and basketball games.
Skills and conditioning includes:
One-Dribble Pull-Up Shots
Two-Dribble Pull-Up Shots
Change-of-Direction Dribbling
Free Throws
Full-Court Dribbling
Drives to the Hoop
Weight training is built around super sets:
Super set 1
Alternate Single-Leg Hamstring Curl: 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps each leg
Power Plate Glute Bridge: 2-3 sets, 30 seconds each
Super set 2
Depth Box Jump: 3 sets of 1-6 reps
Slide board Dynamic Hip/Glute Stretch: 3 sets of 20-30 reps each leg
Super set 3
Alternate Explosive Leg Press: 3 sets of 15 reps each leg
Slide board Jackknife and Abduction: 3 sets of 10 reps
PPT Band Ankle Circuit: 2 sets of 30-100 each movement, each leg
LeBron’s Weekly Routine
Monday
1st Super set
Push ups: max reps
Pull ups: 10 reps
2nd Super set
DB Snatch: 5 reps with each arm
Cable Single-Arm Row: 10 reps with each arm
Tuesday
1st Super set
DB Squat:8-12 reps
Swiss Ball Hamstring Curl: 12 reps
2nd Super set
DB Step up: 10 reps with each leg
DB Calf Raises: 12 reps with each leg
Thursday
1st Super set
DB Incline Bench Press: 10 reps
Lat Pull down: 10 reps
2nd Super set
DB Single-Arm Overhead Press: 6-8 reps
DB Single-Arm Row: 10 reps with each arm
Friday
1st Super set
Single-leg Squat: 5 reps with each leg
Single-leg Swiss Ball Leg Curl: 10 reps with each leg
2nd Super set
DB Side Lunge: 10 reps each direction
Unstable Jump Rope: 45 seconds on a soft surface

Lebron has made it clear that although his skills and talent have amazed people all across the world. It means nothing if he can not prove it with a championship ring. Therefore, he wants to take his skills to Miami, where he feels with Chris Bosh, Dwayne Wade, and himself, they will be able to conquer NBA 2011 and obtain his first championship ring.
Lebron James and Dwayne Wade’s workout routine is a serious workout that is repeated over and over, with the extent of countless cardio and stamina boosting exercises. Although people may hate LeBron for leaving the Cavaliers, he cannot win the championship on his own. He needs people who have the determination, effort, and skills to want to win. Whatever he feels is the right choice, we’ll see if he made the right choice.
